* The meals will be provided from lunch on July 1 till breakfast on July 6.
** The organizers keep the possibility to board you with a participant from another delegation taking care of your gender and age.
They are to be paid prior to the event and are not refundable after the 17th of June.

The transfer costs to Yakutsk, Russia is at your charge.
Russian participants will recieve invitations priced in local currency.
