Yakutsk
The capital of the Sakha Republic (Yakutia), is one of the most distinctive and remote regional capitals in the world. Known for its extreme climate, rich indigenous heritage, and vast natural resources, it is an important administrative, cultural, scientific, and economic centre in northeastern Russia.
Participation fees
The fee is covering the period from the morning of July 1 to the afternoon of July 6 in Yakutsk, Russia
Participation fees cover:
- 3 meals per day*
- 5 nigts of accommodation**
- Tours, Activities, participant kit
- Shuttle from airport to hotels upon arrival
- Transportation from hotels to airports upon departure
- Internal transportation during the event

* The meals will be provided from lunch on July 1 till breakfast on July 6.
** The organizers keep the possibility to board you with a participant from another delegation taking care of your gender and age.
They are to be paid prior to the event and are not refundable after the 17th of June.

The transfer costs to Yakutsk, Russia is at your charge.
Russian participants will recieve invitations priced in local currency.
